Cleanse your body on a regular basis
Cleansing or detoxifying is a process that works at
eliminating the toxins that has been accumulating in your body. If the
toxins do not come out they can be re-absorbed and/or lead to toxicity
diseases such as cancer, autism, Alzheimer’s, etc.
What to start with:
 | Drinking lots of water- this will help to make
sure your body is able to flush everything out of your body. |
 | Eating good food- you want to make sure you are
not putting the same toxins back in you body (pesticides, artificial
sweeteners, preservatives, artificial colors, etc.) As a general rule
if the ingredients are a list of man made chemicals, then it is NOT
something you should put in your body. |
 | Exercise- it is important to exercise to work the
toxins out of your muscles. |
If you body is sick, just focus on those 3 areas

detoxification. A healthy body may notice some small changes during a
