Top 10 Keys to Health

Begin with meeting certain vital needs for rebuilding the body in its appropriate order! 

We determine the order of attack by reviewing the vital needs.   

We can live without nerve supply for a few seconds.
We can live without air for a few minutes.
We can live without water for a few days.
We can live without food for a few weeks.
You need to view your recovery the same way.

  1. Interference free nervous system- The nervous system controls everything in the body.  Chiropractic works at restoring the nerve flow to as close to 100% as possible.
     
  2. Good clean air- Get outside as much as possible.  When indoors make sure there is good outdoor-indoor air flow.  Making sure air ducts are dust free.
     
  1. Drink lots of good water (preferably not tap water)- 80-120 ounces of water per day.
     
  1. Eat good, nutrient dense foods, that are as natural as possible- Organic fruits and vegetables are the best.
     
  1. Exercise- try to get 30 minutes of exercise daily, such as: walking, jogging, swimming, yoga, etc.  For a minimum get at least 30 minutes of exercise 3 days per week.
     
  1. Detoxify your body 1-2 times per year.
     
  1. Use healthy products- so many things contain artificial, man-made chemicals that our body does not know what to do with.  These things get store in our bodies can trigger disease- such as cancer.
     
  1. Research your health.  When you have a health decision start with least invasive and go to more invasive if necessary.   Healthy solutions first (See top 10 lists) then IF those don’t work proceed to medications and surgery.
     
  1. Sleep- try to get at least 8 hours per night
     
  1. You Time / Family Time- try to get at least 1 hour per day for personal development (reading, meditating, exercising, hobbies, etc.- NO TV) or for family development (talk at dinner, go for a walk together, game night, something everyone enjoys to do, etc.- NO TV)
