Women:
If you wear high heels try follow these basic recommendations:
*The lower the heel the longer you can wear them. If you wear heels
over 2 inches try to just wear them for a few hours per day.
*Try find shoes that are wider at the front. This will put less
pressure on the toes, and you will have fewer foot problems such as
bunions.
*Keep another pair of shoes with you that do not have heels. This
can be in the car or in a closet at work. That way when it is OK to dress
down, you can put on better shoes (taking the kids to the park after work,
going to the store after work, going for a walk on your lunch hour, etc.)

Men:
If you have a wallet or billfold in your pants pocket try to keep it in a
front pocket as much as possible, especially while sitting.
By
sitting with a wallet in your back pocket you can actually misalign the
bones in your pelvis and/or cause you to lean to one side which can lead
to poor posture and spinal misalignments.
Also make
sure your wallet is as thin as possible.
