This week focus on Exercising at least 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes.

If you already exercise this much or more each week, keep up the good work!

When lifting weights, try to lift lighter weight, and lift them more times.  Try to pick a weight that you can lift 10-15 times.  By doing this you will increase your body’s muscular endurance, muscular strength, decrease the chances of injury and get some cardiovascular benefit as well.
